I decided to shoot a roll of Kodak Portra 160 with my Nikon F4 35mm SLR camera. I want to get into the habit of taking the cameras out with me every where so I can shoot anything. The more you shoot and the more you look for things I believe the better one will become. Any way that’s the plan. The Nikon F4 has my Nikkor 35mm f1.4 lens on it which I just love, it was the cheapest favorite lens I’ve acquired. These photographs are from the Burlington area and some from the Toronto trip the other day. As I’ve said before I hope to make this site a good place for film photography, film book reviews, film photographer reviews and a good resource in general for film photography, weather 35mm, medium format or large format 4×5. I’m planning to purchase my very first large format camera, the Graflex Graphic 4×5 view camera. It doesn’t come with a lens or lens board but it will be a great start.
