We decided to take a Pre Christmas trip to our favorite city away from home Ottawa Ontario. It was a bit on the cold side (when is Ottawa not in winter?) We went with friends and stayed for a couple days. It’s always a bit diplomatic when with friends because you always feel you are keeping them when out photographing. Photography is such a time consuming hobby and it’s hard to incorporate it into trips with family or friends. Also choosing that right light time frame usually doesn’t mesh with other activities. The trip was a success any way and we all had a good time. I managed to take some photos of Ottawa with my Mamiya RZ67 medium format camera with some Kodak Portra 160 film.
