Multiple Exposure Fuji Acros 100 Mamiya RZ67

Multiple Exposure Fuji Acros 100 Mamiya RZ67

I saw some excellent film multiple exposure photographs on Instagram and thought they were very artistic. I was very intrigued at the photographers technique and wanted to see if I could do something similar. Since I can expose black and white myself I took a roll of Fuji Acros 100 film and tried some multiple exposures. The Mamiya RZ67 Pro ii medium format camera has a very easy multiple exposure lever that really helps. You have to keep in mind that the more exposures on one frame you do you have to compensate for the exposure or the final image will be too dark. Any way here’s my first try at these which I’m pretty happy with.

“Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever… It remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.” Aaron Siskind

Thanks, first you need a film camera that can do multiple exposures. All I did was keep shooting the same subject at slightly different angles. You also have to be aware of exposure since multiple exposures would be darker if you didn’t compensate.
