During the summer we decided to take a long weekend vacation and drive out to Montreal Quebec. Its as close to Europe we’ll get without spending thousands of dollars. Its got great architecture, shopping, pubs and restaurants. I recently purchased a Canonet 35mm QL17 film Camera so decided to take it along for a test. I have to say I was very surprised what this little “rangefinder” camera can do. It produces great pictures with the f1.7 fixed 40mm lens. I has a roll of FujiColor Pro 160S 35mm film in it. The results of the trip are below. While in Montreal Me and my son Ethan went to the Osheaga Music and Arts Festival and saw my favorite band New Order.
