Took a quick weekend trip out to Ottawa with some friends. Although it wasn’t a typical photography trip I did manage to take a few medium format photographs with my Mamiya RZ67 film camera.
It was a hot and sunny weekend in Ottawa so the bright high noon sun wasn’t ideal for photography. When you are visiting with friends, the last thing they want to do is get up early for golden hour sunrise photographs or be out at sunset for more photographs. Still I was able to capture a few random snaps of some interesting scenes. The last photograph is of my eldest son Ethan sitting for a rare portrait. it’s not often he’ll do me the pleasure of allowing me to photograph him!
